Course Description

In the past few decades, organizations have discovered something

successes in large projects can be applied to projects of any size to create
amazing success. As a result, many employees are expected to understand
project management techniques and how to apply them to projects of any
size.

Course Description

Businesses today face immense challenges posed by constant changes,
uncertainties, and disruptions. This mandate a new way of doing work and
the necessity to build agility – the capability and capacity to change and
adapt quickly to shifting market conditions and competitive pressures.
This course is about this new way of doing work called agile. It provides a
gentle introduction to the practice of Agile Project Management based on
the popular Scrum framework and covers the concepts and practices of
Agile for both IT and non-IT projects.
